Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia C-091/22, formulada por el Departamento de Derecho Administrativo de la Universidad Externado de Colombia.
Luego de verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de procedencia de esta clase de peticiones, encontró la Corte que no se acreditó con el de la carga argumentativa necesaria para demostrar que la parte resolutiva del precitado fallo contiene conceptos o frases que ofrecen un verdadero motivo de duda.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZA la aclaración rogada en esta oportunidad.
